Whether you squat your baby out on your living room floor or plan your cesarean, we support you! Like we said, we’re not judgy. We just want you to know your options because if you don’t know your options, you don’t have any!

We have a wildly fun and honest perspective gleaned from a combined 1,000+ births at homes, birth centers, hospitals and a rural African town. Ali’s experience as a doula and photographer and Karly’s experience as a midwife, hormone specialist, vaginal steam practitioner, and student of herbs and nutrition combine to give you a truly unique take on this crazy journey of giving life. So tune in to our podcast every Thursday on iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify, GooglePlay or here on our website!
